David Levy to share insights on divorce valuation at 2019 AAML/BVR National Divorce Conference

David Levy will discuss cutting-edge divorce valuation issues at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML)/Business Valuation Resources (BVR) National Divorce Conference on May 8-10, 2019 in Las Vegas.

As a National Co-Chair and featured speaker, David will discuss 10 influential cases in “Recent Case Law Development for Divorce and Valuation” on May 10, 2019. This is his fifth time co-chairing the conference and the sixth time he has spoken at it.

The conference will bring together more than 350 leading matrimonial and financial experts across the country to network, debate, and share insights on latest developments in the industry.

This unique event will offer 30+ session topics ranging from leading-edge divorce valuation and litigation issues to questions on complex financial analysis and development of expert witness skills. Other discussions will include insights on updated standards of value, cryptocurrencies, and the impact on divorce and how to present your case to effectively influence the court.

David is a founding partner of Berger Schatz and was previously the firm’s managing partner. An experienced litigator who is a recognized authority in all areas of family and matrimonial law, he regularly represents individuals in trials and appeals and is a Certified Arbitrator. David has held a number of leadership positions within AAML, including at the national level, for several years.
