As Director of Human Resources and Benefits, Gayle Carr oversees office services, records department and support functions of the firm. She helps develop the firm’s policies and procedures, oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits negotiation, and administration.
Gayle has 25+ years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Berger Schatz, Gayle worked in financial services overseeing the human resource function for a startup hedge fund and a large broker dealer. She has an extensive background in all aspects of human resources from handling the day-to-day functionality, to aligning the HR strategies to meet the overall goals of the firm.
