Berger Schatz is pleased to announce that Molly Haunty and Hailee Zabrin were named partners with the firm.
Both Molly’s and Hailee’s practices focus on representing individuals in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including negotiation and preparation of prenuptial, parenting, and settlement agreements, valuation and distribution of assets, custody and other child-related matters, and in trials and appeals.
Prior to joining Berger Schatz, Molly worked as a Clinical Fellow on a John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation grant with the Children & Family Justice Center. During law school, she held Judicial Externships with the Honorable Judge Marvin Aspen and the Honorable Magistrate Judge Morton Denlow, both of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2010.
Hailee has been with Berger Schatz since she started as a law clerk. Also while in law school, she held a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Leida J. Gonzalez Santiago, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division and earned a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2009.
